Kate Zee at the Medora Foundation's 'Woman Like Me HELPS' Gala
The Kate Zee brand ended October with a bang! For we took part in the charity Gala "A Woman Like Me Helps", organised by the Medora Foundation. The gala was the culmination of a campaign to prevent violence against women and to help women caught up in violent relationships.
The founder of the Kate Zee brand, Katarzyna Zmuda-Trzebiatowska, became one of the seventeen honorary ambassadors of the campaign, thus not only supporting the foundation's activities, but above all actively participating in the gala. Kasia donated her paintings - nudes, showing the beauty and power of the female interior - for the charity auction. The proceeds from the auction were donated to help women in difficult life situations, so that they have a chance to free themselves from toxic relationships.
"I am here to show women that it is possible to live differently. I want to be a role model for them showing a woman who is strong, who can rise from a difficult situation. Having an opinion and her own value. Because violence is not just bruises. Violence is not just a black eye or wounds on the body. Verbal violence sometimes causes even more harm. They can cut the heart into pieces. And such wounds can't be seen and that makes it all the more important to open up to the other person. I am extremely grateful to be able to spend this evening with you - fantastic, confident women - and to be an example that we don't have to accept mistreatment." - Kasia Zmuda-Trzebiatowska said during her speech.
This evening, the Kate Zee brand celebrated among not only strong, confident, enterprising women, but also among Polish showbiz stars. Special guests at the Gala included Eva Minge, Joanna Racewicz, Izabela Trojanowska, Joanna Opozda, Sabina Jeszka and Nick Sinckler.
However, it is worth paying special attention to the Ambassadors of the campaign, who turned out to be amazing, empathetic and enterprising women with the space and desire to help others. It was an amazing experience to showcase our brand among companies with great awareness and an impeccable image. We hope that our brand Kate Zee will resonate in the conversations of the guests attending the gala for a long time to come. It was a fantastic start for us!
