Returns and complaints

In our shop, we place emphasis on complete customer satisfaction. If the products purchased from us do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. If a product is found to be faulty, you may exercise your right of complaint on the basis of the warranty, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. Please return the product together with the proof of purchase and the completed return/complaint form.
